As we know, The X Factor is a television music competition franchise created by British producer Simon Cowell and his company SYCOtv. From all of the 15 seasons, there are a lot of auditions that made us feel emotional, to make us feel what they are going through. Lucy Spraggan – Tea and Toast
Lucy Spraggan (born 21 July 1991) is an English musician. She auditioned for The X Factor in 2012, performing her own composition, “Last Night”. She is so good on writing songs that judges every time she’s on stage, love to hear her original songs. In this audition, second one, she decides to sing another original song called “Tea and Toast”. It is about a real couple and it tells about their love story and stuff like this. It is so inspiring and so emotional so I’m not going to show you every detail guys, It’s better to watch the video, you have the link on top of this text!
Josh Daniel – Jealous
Josh Daniel is a singer from England. Josh has racked up over 100 million hits on YouTube and taken the world by storm. With the voice of a man who has lived through a million memories, he conveys his emotions effortlessly and 2016 was set to cement Josh’s place in the music industry. In this audition he sings Labrinth’s song “Jealous” and touches everybody’s hearts. He dedicates the song to his best friend, who died years ago and the song makes you feel every single word on Josh’s story. Simon is touched so much because of his grandmother. Other judges are in tears too.
Christian Burrows – Two again
After a dramatic and unlikely exit from 2016’s series of X Factor, Christian captured audiences hearts across the nation, astonishing the judges and bringing them to tears with a powerful performance of his original song, ‘Two Again’. The audition alone has 44 million YouTube hits. Two Again was released as a single independently in June 2017 – the song reached #3 in the iTunes Singer-Songwriter charts, and has amassed over 1.3 million Spotify streams to date. The song is about his brother who passed away years ago. Since October ’17, Christian has spent his time hidden in a Leeds studio, alongside song writing maestro’s The Dunwells, crafting his next release. With new music due for summer time and talk of his own, first headline tour dates, 2018 is set to be Christians year. His song will touch your heart believe me!
Andrea Faustini – I Didn’t Know My Own Strength
Andrea Faustini (born 17 June 1994) is an Italian singer. Faustini, who sang The Jackson 5’s “Who’s Lovin’ You” for his first audition was well received by the four judges present that day. Simon Cowell even commented that Faustini “could be really special” in the competition, before receiving a “yes” from all of the judges. Before the performance, Andrea says: “The lyrics is about me, I didn’t know my own strength, I didn’t know that I could be strong and powerful on the stage”.Andrea Faustini (born 17 June 1994) is an Italian singer. Jake Quickenden – Say Something
Jacob “Jake” Quickenden is an English singer and reality television personality. He was a contestant on the ninth and eleventh series of The X Factor in 2012 and 2014. First he starts singing “All of me” by John Legend, but Simon stops him. He asks him if he has any other song to sing because the first song is not going well, it is kinda annoying. The other judge Mel B asks him if ever happened anything in life that was so hard to go through, any heartbreak or anything in your life and if yes, please use it on your audition. Jake’s brother passed away one year ago and he uses that to preform one of the best auditions ever seen.
Aidan Martin – Punchline
Aidan Martin on his audition sings a song that he wrote for his girlfriend called punchline. The song shows how the girl she loved dumped him and broke his heart. He explains everything to the judges and they like the audition so much. One of them is on tears. Judges like his song very much and say to him that he is such a good songwriter. Also, on the next round he sings another original called “Point of no return”, where basically it has the same context as the first song.
Caitlyn Vanbeck – Piece by Piece
Caitlyn Vanbeck is a girl who has been bullied a lot. Her dad stayed always by her side so she decides to sing a song for him. The song touches heart of Nicole which goes in tears. The song is called Piece by Piece, by Kelly Clarkson.
Jillian Jensen – Who you are
Jillian Jensen is a girl that has been bullied a lot. She decides to enter the show and to show everybody that she is worth it. Most people that are bullied by others are better than people who bully them. She also has a tattoo on her arms which say Stay Strong and she says that it helped her on tough times. The song that she sings is by Jessie J called Who you are. Judges are in tears.
Anthony Russell – Wake me up
Anthony Russell returns on X Factor after one year. On the first year he did’t do well. One of the judges help him get better, improve his voice and get back one year later and kill the stage. He sings Wake me up by Avicii and everybody gets so emotional.
Grace Davies – Roots
Grace Davies sings a very emotional original song called Roots. She impresses all of the judges and some of them are in tears. Her voice is so beautiful and she makes through next round.
